SWEET POTATO SUPPER CLUB
For this month's Supper Club, we chose to feature sweet potatoes. They are typically harvested in the fall and stored for several months this allows them to develop their full flavor and sweetness by the time April arrives.
Chef specifically purchased these sweet potatoes from Seashore Fruit & Produce co. who is our produce vendor. We specifically purchased from this company because they grow organic produce fresh from the farm.

At Biztro Hospitality we emphasize the importance of buying the produce in season. When a product is Jersey Fresh, it is sweeter, richer in flavor, and has an overall better flavor right when it's picked. We want it to be as fresh as we can get to provide our clients with the best!
