Ingredients 

  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Assorted vegetables of your choice (ex.bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms)

  • at Zinna’s we use chopped carrots, squash, zucchini, broccoli rabe

  • Sea salt (to taste)

  • Black pepper (optional, to taste)

How To Cook

  • Slice shallots and chop/wash vegetables

  • Heat olive oil in a pan

  • Add shallots and garlic

  • Sauté until golden

  • Add vegetables

  • Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste

  • Sauté until tender

  • Serve hot as a side or main dish. Enjoy!
