SUPPER CLUB

This past Supper Club was a celebration of summer tomatoes, and the menu truly captured their vibrant flavors. We started the evening with a rich Yellow Tomato Soup, paired perfectly with a grilled Gruyere and mozzarella sandwich, setting the tone for a cozy, comforting experience. The flaky Tomato Tart, with its buttery puff pastry, burrata, and balsamic reduction, was a guest favorite.

The Panzanella, with its mix of heirloom tomatoes, sharp provolone, and fresh herbs, brought a refreshing brightness to the table, while the Stuffed Cherry Tomato with whipped citrus feta and shrimp added a delightful, bite-sized burst of flavor. For the mains, the Summer Spaghetti with roasted cherry tomatoes and smoked mozzarella from our garden was a standout, and the Stewed NJ Fresh Swordfish with plum tomatoes and smoked bacon was hearty and satisfying.

The night wouldn't have been complete without Ma’s Sunday Sauce, served over cavatelli, which brought back memories of comforting family dinners with pork braciole and meatballs. We wrapped things up with the refreshing Citrus Tomato Sorbet, a light and zesty way to end a tomato-packed meal.

Thanks to our amazing dairy vendor, the burrata, ricotta, and smoked mozzarella were exceptional, making this Supper Club a night to remember!
