Ingredients

2 shallots, thinly sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Assorted vegetables of your choice (ex.bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms)

Sea salt (to taste)

Black pepper (optional, to taste)
How To Cook

Slice shallots and chop/wash vegetables

Heat olive oil in a pan
-
Add shallots and garlic
-
Sauté until golden
-
Add vegetables
-
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste

Sauté until tender
-
Serve hot as a side or main dish. Enjoy!
