For this edition of our Supper Club, we are thrilled to have partnered with Aldez Organic Tequila. ' Aldez Organic Tequila is a responsibly sourced, artisanal brand made of 100% Blue Agaves that are hand-selected from the organic fields of a single estate in the Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Being Certified Organic means Aldez Tequila is pure, untouched and unmanipulated - the way tequila is intended.'

Our chef has meticulously designed this month's menu to harmonize with the distinct flavor profiles of each Aldez Tequila variant. By incorporating and pairing each dish with the respective tequila, our goal was to accentuate the inherent smokiness, sweetness, or even caramel nuances of each bottle.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Aldez for graciously sending one of their representatives to enlighten and educate our guests about the exquisite flavors of each tequila.
